GARLIC GINGER BOK CHOY
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch bok choy, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).Add bok choy and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss to combine. Finish with sesame oil if using, then serve warm.
