HAKUREI TURNIP SAUTÈ
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch Hakurei turnips, sliced (greens included)
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp soy sauce or miso paste
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced turnips and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in turnip greens and soy sauce, cooking until greens wilt.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm with a garnish of sesame seeds.
TIP
Try adding a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness!
