Squash

The crew just came in this morning with a really nice bunch of different squash varieties. Ana is washing and packing for our CSA box and restaurant delivery. Ana is so good at her job -- she is in charge of planting, seeding, washing, boxing, labeling and checking orders. I don't think any of the men are as fast as she is! She is a huge part of our day to day farm operations, and she is like family to us.

Squash varieties have great names: zephyr, eight ball (one of my favorites for grilling), sunburst and the French heirloom Ronde de Nice...
