Woodland Gardens offers a weekly veggie box. Everything included in our boxes is grown, washed and packed here at the farm: high quality, local organic vegetables (and fruit in the summer). We do not supplement from other farms or vendors. Everything we produce is certified organic.
Our main season is late April – November. Our winter box season is December – April.
The cost of the produce boxes will fluctuate monthly depending on the season and our availability, but will generally range from $30 – $35 / week. Our box season runs in 4 week cycles -- you pay in advance of each four week cycle. You may add a flower share to your veggie box each week -- cut, grown and bunched here at the farm, for $12-17.50 / week.
We take great care to include an ever-changing cast of vegetables and fruit (fruit included April – August) so you receive a variety in your box each week and you are getting the best of what we grow. We plant, seed and grow all items specifically for the boxes -- lots of planning and rotations for weekly abundance.
This is a great opportunity to eat fresh and local food, and support a team of hard working farmers!
We do not offer half-shares -- we suggest that you find a friend or neighbor to split a box with, or alternate pick up weeks with a colleague.
